Canard Ferme Gites are let by week
Saturday to Saturday, although short breaks may be available during the
low season.
Please note the maximum number of persons for each gite. For a couple (just two persons) occupying a gite there is a reduction of £50 per week - this excludes the peak period.

Payment Details.
We do not have Direct
Online Payment facilities. If you are based in the UK and can make
credit transfers to HSBC, we will email our Account and Sort
Code details. All other payments should be cheque in pounds (GBP) or
Euros to "F.M. Clayton-Smith".
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking; the full holiday payment is due 8 weeks before the start date; cancellations are subject to a charge, which may be reduced in the event of a relet.
